Cost of Delivery

At Everform, our delivery charges are determined based on the size and weight of the products due to their heavy nature. Most items are dispatched on a pallet with a tail lift offload, while smaller boxed items are sent via DPD. Delivery charges are clearly stated at checkout.

Reason for Delivery Charges

The delivery fee covers the cost of processing, packing, checking, and delivering your goods. Each order is processed, selected from stock or fabricated to order, quality checked, and packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. We charge only what is necessary to cover our delivery costs, separate from the product price.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland or outside of mainland UK at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Stock Items: We aim to dispatch stock items within 5 working days, usually on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
  • Non-Stock (Bespoke) Items: These have a lead time of 4-5 weeks from the order date. Once your item is fabricated and ready for dispatch, we will notify you. 

Please be aware that once an item leaves our facility, any delivery delays are beyond our control. Pallet shipments typically take 2-3 days to arrive from dispatch, and tracking is available.

Safe Place Delivery

If you provide instructions for leaving the item in a safe place or with a neighbour in case you’re not home, we will pass this information on to the courier. However, please note that our deliveries require a signature, and we cannot accept responsibility for goods once they have been left.

Our Shipping Partners

  • DPD: We ship smaller items using DPD. They offer a next-day service (Monday to Friday) and provide various "in-flight" options, including text and email notifications with a 1-hour delivery time slot. Their sophisticated tracking system allows for real-time updates and a live map countdown to the final 15-minute time slot. We recommend using the DPD app for the best delivery experience.   • Pallet Delivery - The Pallet Network: Most of our larger items require pallet delivery. We use The Pallet Network for these deliveries, typically on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Delivery usually takes place within 3 days of dispatch, between 9 am and 5 pm (Monday to Friday). The driver will call ahead 1 hour prior to arrival. Pallet deliveries are dropped kerbside only and do not include a two-man delivery service. Access for a 7.5-tonne lorry (or larger) with a tail lift is necessary for pallet deliveries.
